Nicole is very proud to be Dr. Mcclatchie's team leader. She demonstrates our "Precision Dentistry with Compassionate Care" philosophy with her 10 yr experience in the dental field. Nicole also shares the same passion for total body health as the rest of the staff. Patients benefit from her personal relationship building skills as well as her attention to detail. She lets patients know they are in the right place for their dental needs.

Lily             Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Lily is a graduate of Centro Escolar University, earning her doctorate degree from the College of Dentistry in the Philippines. Unfortunately her dental degree would not transfer to the United States, so she entered our practice as a certified dental assistant. After additional training at the Ohio State University, she obtained her Ohio license to place dental restorations. Her training and background presents an advantage to both Dr. McClatchie and our patients. Good work ethics, attention to detail, and her caring ways are among her very strong qualities, which make her a unique qualified part of our team. Patients just love Lily!!

Mary Jo     Registered Dental Hygienist

Good dental hygiene habits are the foundation of a healthy mouth. Having spent many hours in a dental chair as a child, Mary Jo knew she wanted to be part of a preventive dental team. She decided dental hygiene was the best fit for her and pursued her career. After graduating from Broome Technical College with a degree in dental hygiene, Mary Jo practiced for one year in New Jersey before relocating to Worthington. She has been educating and delivering personalized care in Worthington for the past 22 years. We are honored to have her as a part of our team. Her close relationships with our patients are a true asset.

Cassity    Registered Dental Hygienist  

As a recent graduate of The Ohio State University, Cassity prides herself on staying up to date about information in her profession as an active member of the American Dental Hygienist Assocation.  She currently is researching oral health and total body health, specifically looking at periodontal disease and the several connections it has to the rest of the body.  She believes oral health should be taught at a young age and her youthful spirit puts kids at ease in the dental chair.  Cassity is energetic and enthusiastic about her profession, instilling personalized care to each patient. She truly enjoys getting to know each and every one of her patients and is very excited to be part of our dental team.
