EXSISTING PORCELAIN TO METAL MARYLAND BRIDGES WERE OVER CONTOURED, SHOWING GRAY COLORING AT THE GUMLINE, AND SPACES BETWEEN THE TEETH. AFTER HIS "AT HOME" WHITENING, HE ACHIEVED A BEAUTIFUL RESULT WITH TWO NEW BRIDGES REPLACING HIS CONGENITALLY MISSING LATERALS
