PATIENT HAD 20 YEAR OLD PORCELAIN FUSED TO METAL CROWNS. THIS RESULTED IN GRAY SHADING AT THE EDGE OF THE GUMLINE, CREATING A VERY UNNATURAL LOOKING SMILE.
